bathroom must haves
why hannah loves them:
- Clear Acrylic Shelves – While these aren’t necessarily the most aesthetic looking, they are definitely are super functional. I have three of them stacked in a row. Use them to stack your skincare products, sunscreen, deodorant, makeup, nail polish, etc.
- Gray Linen Bins – Target has the cutest bins and baskets. The linen bins for the bathroom, bring a warm feel to a room surrounded by tile and hard surfaces. Use them on exposed shelving to aesthetically contain tampons and panty liners, toilet paper, wash cloths, dog bath accessories, etc.
- Shower Caddy – Enough with the bottle stains on the corner of your tub!! This isn’t your typical “dorm room” shower caddy. It’s a modern version and is so well done (aesthetically and functionally). It’s two feet long and holds everythingyou need! It’s cute. It’s functional. You need this.
- Evian Facial Spray – This sounds ridiculous because this is literally water in a spray can and might just be a marketing ploy but I’m here for it! When I tell you this is suuuuper functional, I mean it. Use this to spray your face before applying skincare moisturizers. Use this to spray your beauty blender before applying makeup. Or use this mid-day when you need a hydrating pick-me-up. This is the one thing I didn’t know I needed until I got it.
- Vanity Organizer – I’m all about multi-use organizers and this is it. It holds your necessities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, Q-tips, and cotton pads all in one space rather than having 3 separate containers for each. This can be used in many different ways! Use it for hair accessories, makeup brushes, and products, or use it for tampons/liners in a guest bathroom! Options are endless.
bedroom must haves
why hannah loves them:
- Velvet Hangers – Unlike plastic or wire hangers, velvet hangers won’t crease or stretch out your clothes, they keep the shoulders from falling off, and add a cohesive and consistent look to your closet. I got mine in bulk from Costco, but Walmart has them in bulk too!
- Blackout Curtains – (actually blackout) This is one of my best Amazon finds. White bedroom curtains that are cute AND keeps all the light out! Not to mention these are also sound-minimizing curtains too. In conjunction with a sound machine, you won’t hear or see any of the busy street traffic or lights anymore!
- Bucky Eye Mask – Some might call this a face bra, I call it my secret to a good night’s sleep! Before I found out about those blackout curtains, I loved this Bucky eye mask. It contours the eyes and nose so it fits comfortably without smooshing your eyelashes! This is perfect for traveling and can’t control the darkness of the room you stay in.
- Sutera Ergonomic Pillow – This took me a couple of weeks to get used to but I love this pillow now! It’s perfectly contoured to help maintain a healthy posture while you sleep. I’m a side and back sleeper and this is the best purchase I’ve made.
- Silk Pillowcase – I’ve tried plenty of brands for silk pillowcases. The best bang for your buck in terms of quality and price is definitely these silk pillowcases from LilySilk. Wash them before use on a delicate cycle and then air dry. Fluff up on a low heat dryer cycle. These get softer and softer after each wash.

kitchen must haves
why hannah loves them:
- Silicone Utensils – If you haven’t switched over to silicone utensils yet, what are you doing?! These will extend the life of your nonstick and make cooking so much less of a hassle!
- Nonstick Pan- This is the best non-stick pan I’ve ever owned. It has high sides and is also tapered for easy flipping and mixing. This is the only pan that I use and it gets used about 2-3x a day! Non-stick is still amazing and after every use, everything glides off clean with little need for cleaning.
- Over the Cabinet Organizer – Hate having the sponge and scrub brush on the counter or in the sink? It’s little clutter like this that makes a kitchen sink look un-tidy! I love this little over-the-door storage to keep sponges and scrub brushes out of sight yet still functionally close for when you need them.
- Pantry Bins – These are the best bins to store pantry food items in! They are plastic which allows for easy cleaning. Pro tip: Use a dry erase marker to mark what is inside each bin. Easy to change for every grocery stocking trip!
- Pantry Storage Jars – Not only do I love storage jars for the aesthetics of them but they really do keep food items fresh for longer. Store foods like rice, oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, dog treats, and other grains in these air-tight storage jars.
- Electric Handheld Blender – This thing will get used every dang day! I use it for my Organifi juice blends, protein shakes, instant coffee, bcaa, etc. What’s nice, is that it has a stand and fits perfectly within a coffee bar set-up or out on the counter.

living room must haves
why hannah loves them:
- Swivel Outlet – This outlet is perfect for outlets that are inconveniently behind furniture. Flip it upward to access your plug from the top, the left, or the right.
- Night Lights – These come in handy more than I thought. Keep one in the entryway for those late nights out, one in the kitchen for that middle of the night thirst quench, and one in the bathroom. They turn off during the day while it’s bright, and these are more efficient than having a lamp or light left on.
- Flat Outlet Cover Power Strip – This is great if you have mounted cabinetry and need access to an outlet! Also great if you just don’t want 4 plugs visible from the wall! I have the power strip on mine velcroed to the bottom of a mounted cabinet and all the plugs in it are invisible.
- Folex Upolstery Cleaner – This is a home necessity. Best. Spot. Cleaner. Ever. Get it!

pet must haves
why hannah loves them:
- Rabbitgoo Harness – From 12 weeks old, we had this at its smallest adjustable size and is now at almost the largest adjusted size at one year old! I love that it has a chest clip and a back clip. Alburt is 45lbs and wears a medium.
- Paw Cleaner – This thing comes in handy so dang much! For itchy/red paws, dilute povidone-iodine and wash each paw really well in it with this.
- Travel Water bottle – Even for just a trip to the park, a rollerblading run, or long travels in the car, this water bottle is the best.
- Furbo Pet Camera – I didn’t think I would like a camera in the house but I find this very useful! It eases the anxiety when leaving Alburt home alone. Especially with him being epileptic, I can always check in on him or look back in the recordings if anything happened.
- Probiotic – If your pup suffers from GI upset or diarrhea, this was life-changing for us personally. Consult your vet or pet nutritionist first.
- Green Lipped Mussel – I’m all about prevention rather than treatment! This is a one ingredient supplement that helps the health of your pet’s joints, tendons, and ligaments. Alburt broke his leg in two places at 6 months old and had 3 pins implanted. His surgeon said she couldn’t guarantee him full mobility again due to the chronicity of his injuries. We have been using this since his surgery and I’m so thankful to say that you would NEVER know he had surgery 6 months ago… He jumps, he runs, he plays, he swims, and he hasn’t limped since his surgery. I will use this for the rest of his life!
